Someone on The Internet seems to think that Brad Bird, Pixar director of The Incredibles and a bunch of other super-successful things, would make a fantastic director for the new Star Wars movies that Disney has promised after purchasing Lucasfilm … this funny video provides some compelling arguments. 😉

Just read this over at Boing Boing and it seemed worth sharing – comedians Louis C.K. and Jerry Seinfeld have both announced dates for comedy shows in the New York City area to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy, some of those hardest hit living there in Staten Island. The two comedians have pledged the proceeds from five shows total (including a Seinfeld gig last night in Brooklyn) to the victims of this devastating storm…
